Job description
Singh Concrete are looking for a proactive internal sales representative to join their growing team in their London office.
On a typical day you will:
- Answer customer enquiries over the phone and by email
- Convert sales leads into physical orders and upsell products/services
- Process payments
- Check the accuracy of orders
- Meet sales targets
- Track orders in real time and resolve delivery issues
- Ensure CRM is updated regularly
- Plan & organise shipping of deliveries
- Provide after-sales follow up and support
- Collaborating with the main office to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the buildings materials industry is advantageous however product training will be provided to the successful candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
