Our clients are one of the North Wests leading Legal practices, specialising in Personal Injury, Defamation, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, and Abuse.
They are currently recruiting for a Talent and Resourcing Advisor to join their fantastic HR Department, your time will be split between Liverpool and Burscough, so you would need to have your own transport. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
Working alongside the Head of Talent dealing with a range of resourcing, recruiting and administration duties.
They are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and enthusiastic, a problem solver and someone who can work as part of a tight team and using their own initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to your stake holders and ensure that everyone has a positive experience by delivering an outstanding service.

Responsibilities to include:
- Work with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and understand their business areas, the roles within their teams and their recruitment needs.
- Proactively search for suitable candidates and build good strong professional relationships with them for current and future business opportunities.
- Sifting and screening potential candidates via Teams / phone that match the selection criteria.
- Create a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Brand awareness on LinkedIn and relevant job boards.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Review and develop the end-to-end recruitment process with the Head of Talent.
- Attend careers and college fairs and similar events.
- Create adverts that are appropriate for each vacancy.
- Arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms and feeding back to candidates.
- Providing offer of employment details to HR.
- Sending out welcome emails to all new starters.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring its kept up to date and full notes are provided when needed.
About You:
Previous Legal / Law background experience would be advantageous.
Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous Proactive, self-motivated, confident, and professional Excellent written and verbal communication skills A goal-orientated approach to work Creative and passionate about the work you do Ability to handle multiple priorities Problem-solving ability Ability to meet deadlines and targets Great time management and organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative Highly accountable.
