Growth Idea are one of the leading small business-focused consultancies in the UK focused on creating better realities for their clients and their businesses. They are looking for an Internal Recruiter to support the consultants and the ongoing growth of the business and associated Group companies.

You’ll need previous experience in managing the sourcing, interviewing and employment process from start to finish.
This position is a brand new role for the company, so the successful candidate will be creating their own new processes and procedures – based on previous work and systems available!
You’ll need to be proactive, goal-oriented, hardworking as well as having excellent attention to detail with great communication skills.
You will be responsible for all the inhouse recruitment needs for all of their vacancies.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing and advertising job descriptions across platforms
- Shortlisting, selection and assessment of high-volume applicants
- Finding and directly connecting with potential applicants
- Conduct the first two stages of the interview process
- Managing the recruitment budget and pipeline
- Onboarding including management and delivery of offer letters, starter forms, staff handbook, contracts and induction
- Responsibility for personnel documents

- A professional, calm, courteous and friendly manner
- An excellent eye for detail, and experience in proofreading is an advantage

- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Maturity and versatility
- Problem solving, self-motivation and initiative

The role is home based and you will need to work UK hours.
- Job Types: Full-time / Part-time options available for the right candidate.
Salary range: £30K - £36K FTE
