Introduction

If so, join the established and friendly internal recruitment team at Elysium Healthcare as an Internal Recruiter, and help our staff begin their new career in delivering great healthcare.
Working 37.5 hours a week, working from home with the option of hybrid working, this opportunity will see you recruiting for a high volume of roles across clinical and non-clinical, for a upcoming new acquisition with your key focus being on direct sourcing, using your network to find the best talent on the market.
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be processing applications, and proactively sourcing and reaching out to prospective applicants, attending recruitment events, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You also be liaising with recruitment staff on the progress of applicants through the onboarding process. ensuring that applicants understand and are fully engaged with the pre-employment screening process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Working independently to create Recruitment strategies
- Regularly presenting the progress of the Recruitment achieved to the Recruitment Manager, Head of Recruitment and other various stake holders in the business
- Supporting on other Recruitment projects where needed
- Liaising with the recruitment manager and allocated sites to establish accurate vacancy numbers
- In conjunction with the recruitment advertising team, advertise roles on the most effective and most cost-effective recruitment advertising channel
- Managing applications via the ATS system, short listing, and screening applications prior to providing line managers pre screened applications
- Sourcing active and passive candidates from online databases, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals
- Ensure that all recruitment activities are fully compliant with the EH recruitment policy and meet all other statutory and mandatory requirements
- Liaising with hiring managers and candidates to ensure that both are fully prepared for the and understand the recruitment, interview, preemployment screening, onboarding and induction process
- Manage applications to ensure SLA targets are met delivering to defined KPIs
To be successful as an Internal Recruiter, you’ll need:
- In depth knowledge of operational recruitment activity within Healthcare organisations
- 360 volume recruitment skills sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates preferably in the health care sector
- Able to successfully source and reach out to candidates, using proactive approaches such as LinkedIn, job board data bases social media and Boolean searching for passive candidates
- Competent in the use of ATS systems
- Able to produce accurate and informative management information using data to inform business decisions
- Problem-solving skills, able to make evidence-based decisions
