Job description
As an Internal Recruiter at Advance, you will be part of the team responsible for hiring all new employees. You will work closely with the managers in the company to make sure their hiring requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The key responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter will be:
- Identify candidates by utilising multiple channels including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media.
- To organise and deliver the recruitment and selection process on a day-to-day basis.
- Preparing and setting up adverts
- Checking and amending job descriptions
- Sending interview invites and ensuring interview attendance.
- Collation of completed interview packs and notifications to unsuccessful candidates.
- Send conditional offers of employment.
- Overseeing the on-boarding process to ensure that all legislative and safeguarding requirements are met. (DBS, Right to work etc.)
The Successful Applicant
- Having worked for 1 year or more within HR /Recruitment
- Experience of recruitment processes and administration
- To be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the need to be flexible adapting to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
