Position
During this 12-month internship based at our Edinburgh HQ, you will support the delivery of disruptive, engaging internal and brand communications for our award-winning whiskies, Glenmorangie and Ardbeg.
As part of the Communications team, you’ll help provide comprehensive internal communications, brand communications, CSR and event management support to the business. You will also support the wider Communications team in the development and implementation of the communications strategy and associated tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the delivery of top-quality Moet Hennessy and LVMH communications on both brands.
- Support with day-to-day press office enquiries from media & markets.
- Support in the development of internal communication within The Glenmorangie Company including writing of content, approval of content, and liaison with designers.
- Supporting the Brand Communications team with reporting and campaign evaluation.
- Attending agency briefings and creative brainstorms.
- Support the Communications team in CSR activities and event management.
- Day to day financial management including PO raising, invoice processing, budget tracking and requisitions of product.
- Day to day departmental administration, e.g. updating spreadsheets, & attending meetings relating to the role.
- Assist in any other relevant activities on an ad-hoc basis.
Profile
Technical Skills Experience Required:
- Must have right to work in the UK
- University graduate within relevant field
- Excellent communication skills, particularly writing skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word and PowerPoint)
