Role Summary
This position will be part of the EMEA team to support Brand Activations for Marriott International Luxury Brands across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The key responsibilities include supporting the team on day-to-day internal and external correspondence and communication, be it preparing reports, invoice tracking, supplier relations related to the Brand Activation he/she is supporting. This role will work closely with the PR & communications and Area teams across the Continent.
Skills and experience we will look for in the ideal candidate to join our team:
Previous experience in marketing is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Initiative taking
- Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g., stakeholders, associates, customers, vendors, suppliers.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultured environment and working within tight deadlines
