To becoming knowledgeable with the laws and regulations related to real estate appraisal, a real estate appraiser trainee must also be familiar with all the techniques and tools used to accurately value a particular property.
This involves learning about the data collection methods used in appraisal, the understanding of appraisal theory and methodologies, as well as the differences between the various types of appraisals used in the industry.
Other important aspects of a real estate appraiser trainee job description will include knowing the residential and commercial appraisal processes, as well as having a thorough knowledge of the local market.
