Intern – Junior Business Analyst, Planet Smart City, London

The Role
We have an opportunity for a student / graduate intern to join our HQ in London, working closely with and providing support to the CEO of our Tech and Digital Business Unit and the Product Management team as a Junior Business Analyst within an international, multidisciplinary environment.
This role entails assisting with various aspects of running the business, including product strategy, software development, and reporting for our PropTech solutions. These solutions are based on proprietary B2B software, B2C mobile apps, and IoT platforms. Internal training will be provided for those tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the CEO and Product Management team as a Junior Business Analyst within the Tech & Digital Unit.
- Assist with various aspects of running the business, including product strategy, software development, and reporting for PropTech solutions, which are based on our proprietary B2B software, B2C mobile apps, and IoT platforms.
Experience & Skills Essential
- Proficiency in standard office management tools, such as the MS Office suite, is expected, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools for product management, software development, and DevOps is preferred, although internal training will be provided. These may include AirTable, Azure DevOps, Agile boards and ticketing systems, documentation management tools, and planning tools.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience & Skills Desired
Any knowledge of software development, product management or project management in the context of a software organization is a strong plus.
- Any knowledge of Italian, Portuguese or Marathi a strong plus.
- Strongly motivated, results-oriented, curious, and open attitude.
