Style and Stage is a small business in West London. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Style and Stage was set-up in 2018 by the Swedish mother and daughter team of Marie and Hanna. We wanted to introduce home styling and staging services to the UK market. Property staging has been proven to be highly beneficial to clients by maximizing the sale or rental value and minimizing the time to sell the residential property. Our aim is to give our clients an edge over the competition. Being Swedish and having worked and lived in Stockholm, Hong Kong, Gothenburg, France and London gives us the ability to provide our clients that edge. We have expertise and experience to combine the classic with the contemporary designs to enhance your property so that it can reach its full potential and maximize return on your investment. We can provide furniture and accessories tailored to the specific needs of a property from our own hand-selected range of designer, vintage, classic and contemporary pieces. With over 45 year combined experience in the design and property market globally, you can trust us to get the job done. We also offer Full interior design services. .

As our company expands we are looking to take on an intern for the spring and summer season. This role has the potential to turn into a full time position in the fall. This person would be creative and have a passion for interior design. The candidate should be hardworking, have a positive outlook, be organized and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Assist with the creation of design concept presentations

2. Assist and help with product research and sourcing

3. Ability to manipulate rendered plans/section elevations

4. Furniture, Fixtures & Accessories specifications and research

5. Coordinate with outside vendors/clients

6. Maintain and organise the design library

7. Will perform other project duties as assigned by the Manager

Required skills & Experience;

1. Currently completing or have completed a Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design

2. Outstanding organisational skills

3. Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

4. Intermediate design knowledge, brand and designers

5. Ability to assist on multiple projects and prioritise work making the most efficient use of time

6. Fluent in spoken and written English

7. Good interpersonal skills – able to communicate in a professional and clear manner

8. Good at listening and taking a detailed brief from other interior designers

9. Must have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
