The RFP & Consultant Database team is a vibrant hub at the centre of the business. We work closely with our sales and investment teams to ensure consistent information regarding our products and services is transmitted to prospects and existing clients, in the form of RFPs (Requests for Proposal to prospects), DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaires for existing clients) and on Consultant Databases e.g. eVestment, Mercer.
The team is composed of 8 staff, based in London, Geneva and New York and benefits from a wide range of cultural background including many spoken languages.

Your role

  • Work closely with a wide range of contributors within Pictet Asset Management (sales managers, portfolio managers, client portfolio managers, etc.) to complete RFPs and DDQs.
  • Deliver qualitative narratives regarding our products for Consultant Databases.
  • Become a ‘go-to’ person for data collection within the RFP and Consultant Database team.
  • Run checks on consultant database entries together with the Consultant database analysts.
  • Contribute to and deliver key projects for the team on an ongoing basis.

Your profile

  • Keen interest in investment products and the asset management industry.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Office programmes.
  • A quick learner, you will be dedicated to gaining as much knowledge about our business and products during the internship as possible.
  • Organised and structured approach to workload and deadlines.
  • Great communicator with an ability to build relationships.
  • Curious and dynamic – you will be comfortable to ask questions.
