Intern – IT Business Analyst
12 Month Placement
Manchester, UK (M23)
On this 12-month Placement, and as a member of the International IT team, you will deliver continuous alignment, process, and systems improvements across EMEA. The role will interact with all related functional groups including Commercial, Sales, Service, Customer Operations, Finance, and Information Technology. This role will focus on initiatives influencing customer innovation, growth, and success within the region.
What To Expect:
- Develop an understanding of Hologic Enterprise Applications including Salesforce.com CRM and Oracle e-Business Suite ERP.
- Support the periodic release cycles and work with business stakeholders to prioritize bugs and enhancements.
- Perform ongoing operational support and configuration for SalesForce.com and Oracle e-Business Suite
- Collect and analyze business requirements, procedures, and issues and use them to design and implement innovative solutions in-line with global requirements.
- Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements like screen, interface, and UI designs.

Educational Requirements:
Graduating in a relatable subject in 2025 (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
