Main Purpose of role:
To support and work alongside the UK Finance team to meet all its key deliverables.
Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:
Running and updating the weekly sales reports.- To track, monitor and control the Joint Marketing spend (JMA) and the Advertising & Promotional spend (A&P). This involves approving purchase requisitions, hierarchy maintenance/money moves/internal order creation/running and updating trackers.
- Assist with invoice coding – both 3rd party and intercompany suppliers
- Provide support to the team for key tasks to complete month end reporting.
- Provide support to the team for key tasks in completion of the financial forecast and budget submissions throughout the year.
- Provide support to the team for key tasks during the year end audit, ensuring that documentation is accurate and available for the auditors.
Other Duties
- Any other ad hoc duties, analysis and projects as required by the Finance Manager and/or Senior Management.

Skills/Knowledge/
Experience/ Qualification requirements:
Essential
Experience & Skills
- A-Levels/ Degree/Qualification preferably in Business/Finance & Accounting
- PC skills: must be fully proficient with MS Office (Advanced level Excel, Intermediate Word/ PowerPoint)
- Clear, concise written and oral communication essential.
- Excellent analytical skills. Experience to include brand/account profitability analysis, retail sales tracking analysis, variance analysis in both P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Any SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
