WHAT TO EXPECT
These roles form part of an exciting opportunity to join the newly created team; Senior Manager, Interior (Jaguar), Senior Manager, Interior (Range Rover), Senior Manager, Interior (Discovery).
The purpose of each role is to lead the entire Interior Design process for each House of Brands vehicles, working closely with the Head of Interior to inform a holistic view across the House of Brands to ensure brand differentiation and alignment to Business objectives. Creating the most desirable and distinctive products and exceptional client experiences, underpinning the ReImagine strategy.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Creative leadership for Interior Design integrating Now, Next and Future commodity strategies. Focusing on holistic client experiences through new architecture commodities, new services and Digital strategies.- Leading the Interior Design for all (House of Brand) programmes with an Agile mindset and on time delivery for Core Production and Special Vehicle deliverables in line with the company purpose.
- Partner with the Design Quality Organisation to ensure successful delivery of design component quality and on time data release. Ensure there is understanding of technology requirements and collaborate on how to define quality standards moving forward.
- Support to define and deliver Design Academy training to create a talent pipeline that brings new creatives into the Interior Design Organisation.
- Work in close collaboration with other Brand Interior leads to ensure right level of commonality and differentiation across the Brand Teams.
- A multi-discipline approach will be required with Exterior, Materiality, Quality, Physical and Digital modelling teams to ensure successful delivery of Design Intent.
- Flexibility according to Business priorities for sharing resource across the House of Brands Design disciplines.
- Active recruitment of new talent and capabilities into Design teams.

Interior Design contribution/releases are on time for Programs- Creativity for Interior Design and new technology integration is delivered to benchmark levels (award winning design)
- Proof of collaboration and Co-Creation with project squads and other House of Brand Interior leads
- Employee Net Promoter Score

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven previous technical experience and ability in illustration and visual evaluation skills to visually and verbally communicate ideas and solutions.- Proven experience of aesthetic judgement of surface, surface juxtaposition and appearance gained in a similar role.
- Broad knowledge of engineering and production techniques and processes, and strong market / business acumen.
- Previous experience of the generation of designs for production and concept vehicles, including experience of visualising and communicating design solutions in 2D and 3D.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Design related systems, e.g. ALIAS / VRED / Photoshop / Power-Point.
- Strong understanding of surfacing requirements.
- Knowledge of design roles, from concept generation to production ready design delivery.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
