Assured Group is an interior design and renovation company. We specialize in renovating interior spaces both for residential and commercial buildings. We are looking for an interior designer to design floor plans, interior finishes, kitchen and other millwork. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting customers with selection of materials, creating colour boards, design packages and helping our clients build their dream home.
Primary Role
Interior Designer/Project Designer
Responsibilities:
· Meet with Clients for Initial Design Consultations and Perform site visits
· Strong time management skills
· Productive design presentation and consultation with great communication skills
· Superior organizational skills
· Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client
· Calculate the specifications and cost of materials for construction
· Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space
· Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
· Follow up and close the deals according to the company policies and procedures
· Knowledge of computer design software
· Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation
· Be familiar with custom cabinetry design, construction & installation
· Have professional demeanor when interacting with clients
· Understanding architectural drawing and floor plans
-Submit Drawings for permits
