Interim Warehouse Manager
The client is a fast growing organisation based in the Bedford area, due to business change they are looking to recruit an interim Warehouse Manager to join their team for a 3-6 month period.
Your role will be to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment. You will ensure SOP's are being adhered to and manage productivity, accuracy, and service levels across the 24/5 day operation. There are approximately 20 colleagues across each of the three shifts, and the successful candidate will provide training, mentoring and support where needed. Experience of Transport Management would be advantageous though not essential.
The successful candidate will be sensibly overqualified for the Warehouse Manager role, ideally previously have operated at General Management or Director level in logistics and warehousing environments. You will have proven experience in warehouse management and have strong knowledge and of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and best practices. You will have good leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach and motivate your team effectively.

This role is paying an excellent rate of £400-£450 per day and we are looking to interview and start the successful candidate immediately.
