Position: Interim Transport Operations Manager

Contract Type: 6 month Contract
Shift pattern: Rotational any 5 from 7

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Vehicle servicing & maintenance: Planned and completed in accordance with policy ensuring coordination with Transport for resource management. Work with service providers and developing strong relationship hold to account as required.
- Vehicle equipment: Maintain an accurate asset register and maintenance schedule for all vehicle equipment (stretchers, wheelchairs etc.) maintained in accordance with schedule service intervals.
- Ambulance consumables: Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and fleet replenished to agreed levels.
- Site facilities lead: Maintenance, cleanliness and consumables(cleaning material & consumables) maintained and presented to high and consistent standard.

- Direct experience of working within Patient Transport Services.
- Ability to analyse operations and to work within a greater team to deliver on KPI performance.
- Working time split between Ponders End and Paddington.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
