Interim Project Manager
Manchester - Hybrid Working
Up to £ 450-day rate
4-6 Month Contract
Are you an experienced project manager looking to take on an exciting challenge in the housing sector?
We are currently seeking an Interim Project Manager to join a leading housing company on a 4-6 month contract. As a project manager, you will facilitate and manage two upcoming projects, each with unique requirements.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of project management, preferably in the housing sector. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be dealing with a range of stakeholders and managing a team of people. You should understand the housing sector well and know the best practices and procedures associated with it.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. You will need to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise. You should also be organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

As the interim Project Manager for Repairs and Transformation, you will be Spearheading the mobilisation of the DRS (repairs scheduling) and their Stock Right Now (stock distribution) systems.
