Job description
Catch22 is a social business, a not-for-profit business, with a social mission. For over 200 years we have designed and delivered services that build resilience and aspiration in people and communities. Our 1600 colleagues work at every stage of the social welfare cycle, supporting 44,000 individuals, from cradle to career.

The Interim Director of Communities is a newly-created role, following the internal move of the Director of Community Links. Reporting to the Strategic Director for YPF&C, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations at Community Links, continuing the significant impact we have through the delivery of our community-based services. You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership of Community Links’ portfolio of services, and continue ongoing efforts to identify and drive opportunities for growth.
During your tenure, you will also be part of the wider YPF&C Senior Leadership Team, and will play a crucial role in inputting expertise into our future plans to integrate Community Links and Catch22 services, as part of the wider YPF&C Strategic Hub to maximise the efficiency, impact, and quality of our work.
Using your experience in providing high-quality, community-based service provision, you will have the opportunity to shape our operations to deliver the best possible outcomes for users of our existing services, whilst also utilising your strategic and change management expertise to help define the future ‘Communities’ portfolio of service and embedding these services effectively as part of the wider YPF&C hub.
