Robertson Bell is thrilled to partner with an exceptional charity based in London as they seek to hire an Accounts Payable Officer on an initial two-month with the potential to go to . In this role, you will be responsible for clearing the backlog of invoices and supporting the accounts payable process. Also, they are offering flexible hybrid working pattern. Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices, purchase orders, and conducting payment runs on a weekly basis. Serving as a primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing inquiries, and reconciling supplier statements. Managing staff expenses, petty cash, and other financial administration tasks as needed. Providing coverage for team members when necessary. Ideal Candidate Profile: Demonstrated experience in end-to-end accounts payable roles. Availability to commence the role in a relatively short timeframe. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. Currently pursuing or have started a relevant finance qualification.
