Location: The role will be city wide and will be a combination of office and home working.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Complex Needs Team. The aim of this team is to work with our customers to identify and break down barriers which will enable them to better manage their tenancy. This will ultimately prevent evictions and homelessness. This role will require flexible working with some early morning and early evening visits required.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable people who have a variety of needs and often live in chaotic circumstances. The successful candidate should have an understanding of how these needs can impact on a person’s ability to manage a tenancy. They will hold a caseload of complex cases, build up a network of relevant partner agencies and take the lead on multiagency working in order to find creative solutions which enable people to remain in their homes.
