Job Title: Intensive Bank Support Worker
Location: Birmingham, Stechford B33
Salary: £12 per hour
Hours: Permanent Bank Contracts
Please note - this is an intensive service. Previous experience in challenging behaviour is essensial
Aspirations Care are looking for experienced Intensive Support Workers to join the team in our service in Birmingham. You will be resilient, able to deal with repetition and have good reading and writing skills. You will be confident and willing to access the community with the service users with excellent communication skills.

What will the job involve?
- Assisting our people to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity
- Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Booking and attending health care appointments with our people
- Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the management team
- Maintaining records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date
