Integration Test Lead
Glasgow
As a Barclays Integration Test Lead, you’ll be coordinating with multiple external vendors & Internal teams on E2E Integration testing based on impacted programs (or) functionalities across systems excellent leadership qualities to lead global testing team. You’ll guide & monitor the analysis, design, implementation and executing the test plans & procedures. Conduct Test scenarios walkthrough sessions with stake holders. You’ll highlight any risks at early stages of SDLC process and take responsibility for mitigating the plan during testing phase.

- Having excellent & effective communication skills conveying messages clearly, concisely, and accurately to the business user’s/ stake holders (or) teams
- Designing, developing, and delivering technical UI/nBackend components solutions for overall Integration testing across systems
- Co-Ordinating with diverse group of external vendors & Internal teams on E2E testing based on impacted programs (or) functionalities across systems
- Ensuring proper Integration, configuration management of the test ware produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis
- Ensuring acceptable application performance and processing rates
- You will be responsible for following best practices of test development which includes optimized, reliable and maintainable code
- Understanding the importance of automation and focus on implementing in the test execution process
- You will be responsible for willing to work on aggressive timelines, learn and adopt new technologies as required to deliver the client requirements
- Excellent hands-on experience in core Java, Junit, UI Automation like selenium, UFT, IBM’s Rational
- Good experience creating Automation framework
- API Testing tool like SOAP UI. POSTMAN and Rest-Client
- Database skills: SQL, Oracle
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Excellent testing knowledge in Financial Risk applications E2E testing and execute effective Integration testing
- Proficiency using test automation tools and commonly used program languages & Databases
- Analytical thinking and risk reporting
