We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Executive to join our Commercial department at The London Clinic, based at our head office in London (NW1 4LJ). We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Job Profile
As the Contract Executive, you will be responsible for ongoing negotiations and price agreements with private medical insurers (PMI’s), while liaising with the finance and wider hospital teams on their implementation.
- Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday; 9am – 5:30pm. This role will offer a hybrid working approach.
- Job Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Close to Regents Park/Baker St tube stations), with visits to insurers as required.
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Key Duties
- Owning the day to day interactions with PMI Insurance companies, agreeing prices, handling queries, across the portfolio of customers
- Lead the administration of all insurer contracts, and oversee the relationships with a portfolio of small to medium sized insurers.
- Support the Associate Director for Marketing, International and PMI with negotiation with larger insurers, owning negotiation planning and generation of data to support the interactions
- Work proactively with the hospital billing and wider teams to ensure that billing for insured patients is correct, accurate and in accordance with the PMI contracts.
- Provide training and guidance to hospital/clinic teams to ensure they have a full understanding of Private Medical Insurance (PMI) contracts and processes, and are efficient in collecting accurate insurance information.
- Working with the finance team to make sure pricing and rules are reflective contractual requirements.
- Complete hospital billing audits and work closely with the credit control team to ensure that they have a good understanding of PMI contracts and processes
- Maintain the insurance tariffs and pricing update process as well as manage health-code failures, queries and change order requests that cannot be sorted at hospital level.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar role ideally within the insurance or healthcare sector
- Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills as well as experience of working with complex data-sets.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, analytic and networking skills.
- Evidence of coaching and training capabilities
