Job description
Responsibilities
· Liaise with business to understand current Insurance processes and related metrics
· Lead and facilitate large process discovery workshops
· Develop future state views, reimagine the current processes to make them leaner, more efficient and effective
· Conduct gap-analysis and identify improvement and innovation opportunities
· Perform cost benefit analysis for the identified opportunities
· Develop executive packs summarising the approach, findings and recommendations for senior business stakeholders
· Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents
Minimum qualifications
· Subject matter expertise in Underwriting and / or Claims processes
· Strong stakeholder management skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Experience of working in Transformation projects
· Hands-on experience in tools such as MS Visio
