We are looking for an experienced motor insurance claims technician to provide the members of Chiltern Transport Consortium (CTC) with a comprehensive motor insurance function, including claims management, handling and reporting. The role is ideal for individuals that thrive in a busy, varied environment, where no two days are the same, using initiative to problem solve. Day-to-day you will be reviewing all incidents involving police vehicles, using your knowledge of the road traffic act and case laws to determine the most appropriate course of action and achieve positive outcomes for the forces.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation and externally with the public or partner agencies. Good organisational skills are essential with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst using your own initiative.
