Programme Overview
Our Claims Insurance Graduate programme is designed to give an insight into a fast – paced, forwarding thinking department – a vital part of our organisation that is there when our customers need us. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of disciplines and teams that will develop you technically, commercially, analytically along with honing your leadership skills.
This is a two-year programme, where you will take on different challenging placements. You’ll initially spend time with our Claims and Fraud Operations team, where you’ll learn our processes and ways of deploying change. After that we’ll work with you to understand which other parts of the team you may value working directly with. You’ll have an active voice in your own progression and career path.
The placements could be in the following areas:
- Claims and Fraud Operations
- Commercial and Strategy
- Technical Audit and Coaching
- Transformation
- Process Improvement and Governance
- Claims Analytics
Development in this role is designed to be hands on, requiring you to master the key fundamental knowledge, skills, and behaviours so that at the end of the 2 years you are on your way to knowing what area of specialism you want to start your career in.
What you’ll have:
- A degree within any discipline, achieved within the past 3 years
- A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions.
- An independent thinker – you like to challenge others thinking and enjoy influencing others
- Be an excellent communicator and find organisation comes naturally to you
- Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.
What we’ll do:
- 5th March 2023 Application close date
- 6th – 10th March Shortlisted applications
- 13th – 16th March If successful in shortlisting, we will send you a link to complete psychometric testing
- 27th – 30th March If successful in testing, we will send you a link to complete video interview stage
- 17th - 25th April Candidates who have successfully passed the video interview stage will then be invited to our assessment centres
- 9th – 26th May Assessment Centre
