New job opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join a small and successful insurance brokerage based in Purley. Working in a small and friendly environment with the Director of the company, you will be required to build and maintain existing relationships, as well as proactively grow and bring in new accounts.
Client satisfaction and business retention is key and we ensure that clients receive the most attentive service at renewal stage - re-quoting and re-broking in the market.
Ensuring that all renewal activities are dealt with in a timely manner and meet all service level requirements. Checking and issuing policy documentation. Responding to day to day client queries and Insurer queries. Processing mid-term adjustments.
It is anticipated that applicants will have at least 5+ General Insurance broking experience. Up to date knowledge of FCA requirements, TCF.
We use Acturis, so previous experience working with this system would be an advantage, although full training will be given if you have solid experience working within the Insurance industry.
You MUST have had experience working in a similar role within the insurance industry.

Initial salary- negotiable upon experience
