Job description
We are recruiting for a client based in Fenton, they specialize within hot leads. Our client has over 20 years experience within the industry so you will be learning from the best!
We are looking for previous sales experience whether this be retentions, sales advisor, outbound calling, New business, face-to-face sales, B2B, B2C etc..
Salary: £26,000 rising to £28,000
Attendance Bonus: £100 per month
Sales Bonus: Average is £500 per month - Top Earners £2000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Monday to Thursday – 9.30am to 6.15pm
- Friday – 9.30am to 3pm
- If daily target of 5 leads is reached, you can leave at 4pm.
Role:
- Calling leads and qualifying them
- Building rapport with the customers
- Selling the benefits of the service
- Once the customer is interested transferring them through to the correct team
- Working towards targets/ KPI's
