Insurance Adviser
Uncapped commission
OTE £35K-£75K per annum.
Our client is the leading life insurance broker in the UK and was formed in 1998. We started with our CEO and one Adviser and are now several hundred strong across six locations; London, Leeds, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire and Cape Town.
We are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for Advisors in the Fareham area.
Key Requirements
- High standards of customer service and integrity
- Previous experience in an advisory or consultative B2C position
- Proven experience working to targets and KPIs
- Team player with the ability to drive and motivate yourself and others
- Previous experience in selling protection products is desirable but not essential
Role Overview
As a Protection Advisor you will be on hand to recommend the very best suite of protection insurance products to our customers to give them peace of mind.
You will be the first representative to speak to each customer following their enquiry, so making a first great impression is key.
Your job is to conduct a thorough fact find over the phone with the customer to establish their wants and needs and then find the right policy for them.
We like to reward our high achievers, so it is not uncommon for successful Protection Advisers to earn in excess of £65,000 a year, if you are good at what you do, we can guarantee you’ll make a good living.
