Staff365 are looking to recruit an Insurance Administrator for our prestigious client who has been trading since 1964 and have now become one of the region’s largest independent insurance brokers and financial advisors.
Insurance Administrator Benefits:
Location: Sheffield S10
Contact: Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks
Hourly Rate: Up to £14.83 per hour
Hours: 9am to 5pm Full time or part time may be consider (minimum of 3 days)
Insurance Administrator Duties:
Support broker administration for Corporate, Small Business and Personal Lines Business.
Dealing with incoming correspondence, telephone calls and emails from new and existing clients, Issuance companies and other parties
Submit queries on existing business and new enquiries
Prepare files in accordance with Account Handler instructions
Invoice renewals, new policies and mid-term adjustments
Maintain accurate and precise records using Acturis data
Reception duties
Taking credit card payments
Diary management
Taking part in all regular training opportunities to support knowledge and personal development
Claim handling – receive, notify and deal with allocated claims under the supervision of the Claims Superior and/or Broking Director
Insurance Administrator Criteria:
Previous experience of working in the financial services Industry
Previous Administration experience
Excellent Administration skills
Responsible attitude to handling sensitive information
Knowledge of GDPR
Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Able to deal professionally with clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn
