Duties of the post:
As part of the Insurance Team, the Insurance Administration Assistant role provides support to the insurance department with day to day administration tasks, aiding delivery of the service for both Adur & Worthing Councils and for other Local Authorities as appropriate. The post holder will also provide some administrative support to the wider finance function in the performance of their duties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with good administrative and communication skills, who can deliver great service to our customers via email and telephone. It is essential that you have good attention to detail, are highly organised and work well as part of a team.
Previous experience in the insurance field is not essential but would be advantageous.
You will be joining a friendly and driven team led by the Insurance Manager, offering a combination of office based and remote working.
