**£30,000 - £35,000 per year. Occasional hybrid working**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local family owned, well established Insurance Brokers. Due to continued growth in the business, they now have a position for an experienced Insurance Account Handler, with commercial experience to join their small, friendly team.
Our client is part of the UK’s largest Broker network and is also developing a strategic partnership that will grow the business further - they really do have some exciting times ahead.
The working environment is relaxed, allowing for casual business dress and the team all have good working relationships with one another. The role requires you to be office based in Sutton Coldfield but also offers some flexible working, and occasional working from home. You will receive a competitive salary along with additional benefits.
What we need from you as an Insurance Account Handler:
- A minimum of 2 years commercial insurance experience required (not personal lines)
- Good computer skills and experience in Word/Excel etc
- Experience in customer service, client servicing and liaising with both clients and insurers alike
- General experience in new business renewals and day to day adjustments
- Knowledge of the current insurance market in respect of Insurers and products
- They use Acturis Back-office system, experience with Acturis is important
- Insurance Qualifications encouraged
What the role involves:
- Working on new business, renewals, and day to day adjustments
- Customer service/client management - liaising with both clients and other insurers
- Entering all data onto the Acturis back-office system - keeping accurate records etc
- Acturis computer experience required
- All other general admin required by the role
Hours of work: 9am - 5pm weekdays, no weekend working.
