Summary of Job Duties:
Instruction: Three undergraduate seminar courses
  • POSC Undergraduate Seminar-Professionalism (Fall)
  • POSC Undergraduate Seminar-Problem Solving (Spring)
  • POSC Undergraduate Seminar-Careers (will be created, Fall)
Student Recruitment:
  • Responsibility for overseeing undergraduate recruitment strategies and implementation of strategies at recruiting events statewide.
  • Coordination of effort with the Bumpers College undergraduate recruiter.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • M.S. in Poultry Science, Ag Education, Ag Communication, Animal Science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with poultry or Ag-related youth programs, prior experience with teaching/instruction
