Institute Administration Assistant
You will join the administrative team within the Institute of Dentistry, one of five institutes to make up the School of Medicine, Medical Sciences & Nutrition. You will be located in the Aberdeen Dental Hospital & Institute building on the Foresterhill site.

You will be part of the Institute of Dentistry administrative team which is responsible for providing high level and varied administrative support to our Dental programmes.
The Institute Senior Administrator leads the small team that provides essential support to staff, our students and our NHS colleagues ensuring that varied administrative tasks across education, assessment, quality assurance, systems administration and senior staff support is organised and efficiently managed. You will work closely on a day-to-day basis with the Senior Administrative Coordinator, on operational issues relating to Education.You will liaise with both University and NHS administrative & clinical staff as well as with dental and other healthcare students.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified administrative professionals who will join the team to provide quality administrative support to the Institute with key responsibilities in the administration of our undergraduate programmes in Dentistry and Dental Technology, including ongoing timetable administration with these programmes, senior staff support and providing key administrative actions within finance, recruitment and committee servicing.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 3, £22,197 - £24,715 per annum and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
