Installation Engineer
Join Check’s Technical Support Desk as a skilled engineer, specialising in CCTV, telephony (including cloud-based VoIP systems), security, and IT support. As a key member of our growing team, your primary focus will be on configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting cutting-edge CCTV cameras, cloud-based VoIP telephony systems, security equipment, and IT devices. While having expertise in these areas is beneficial, we also value a passion for learning and a willingness to dive into the technical aspects.
Join Check’s Technical Team as a specialised engineer focusing on CCTV, telephony, security, and IT support. As an integral part of our expansion, you will be at the forefront of installing and maintaining cutting-edge technology devices.
Key Areas of Focus:
- CCTV Cameras, Access Control and Monitoring Systems
- Cloud-based and On-premises VoIP Telephony Systems
- IT Infrastructure, Cabling and Networking
Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and maintain key focus devices.
- Keep clients informed throughout the installation and maintenance processes.
- Stay abreast of new technologies to provide the best recommendations.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks and ensure an updated inventory.
- Collaborate with managerial staff to efficiently resolve customer challenges.
Requirements:
- A foundational understanding of technology with an eagerness to expand knowledge.

- Ability to adapt to ever-changing tech scenarios.
- Full UK Driving License
- Right to work in the UK
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
