Job description
Job Purpose
- To own the installation process for Lion Steel across the UK. Quoting, planning and delivery installations on time, as agreed with the business and the end user. Maximising profitability at all stages of the process
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotations to sales and estimating for installation jobs
- Site surveys – plan, attend and complete – ensure accuracy and consistency
- Pricing, cost control and process ownership of all remedial works
- Review drawings, communicate internally any issues early in the process
- Manage the third party network effectively. Cost, timings and on site presence
- Provide installation packs including all certification, PO’s and manuals
- Central liaison between internal departments to ensure installation is on time
- Provide clear plan of all installation work for viewing by Operations and Sales
- Make recommendations on all remedial work / issues for corrective action
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency / cost saving
- Ensure all relevant customer communication is captured and fed back

Essential:
- Relevant experience in a Installation supervisory capacity
- Experience working in storage or a similar sector
- Safety and quality management skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- National role so used to travelling
Desirable:
- Project management qualification / skills
