About Harry's

Harry's Inc. started in 2013 with a specific goal: disrupt the shaving industry by creating an innovative, everyday product at a fair price. Since then, Harry's has expanded to Canada and Europe, developed relationships with retailers such as Target and Walmart, expanded our grooming brand into a personal care powerhouse, launched two new brands including Flamingo and Cat Person, and made our first brand acquisition with Lumē.

The key to our success? Our amazing people. From chemists, mechanical engineers, CX associates, to creative directors, sourcing managers, and logistics specialists, the Harry's team is composed of some of the most brilliant, diverse, and humble people you'll ever meet.

Our brands answer unmet consumer needs, but our company is a place of inclusion and innovation that attracts some of the brightest minds across industries, geographies, and backgrounds. Whether we have a team of 5 or 500, our core values and our startup mentality remain; we value continuous improvement and learning, teamwork and collaboration, creative problem solving, and open and direct dialogue and feedback.

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and curious insights specialist to be the driving force behind our UK Customer Insights function. As the Manager of Customer Insights, you'll represent the voice of our consumers and customers to inform and assist business decisions and unlock growth opportunities across our marketing, retail, and innovation teams. It's a unique opportunity to join a passionate and mission-driven team and gain exposure to a true omnichannel scaling business.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Improve Brand NPS across key drivers within priority International geographies
  • Be the specialist within the team representing the Harry's consumer in the UK market including their needs, wants, and perceptions of products and brands in the market.
  • Support deploying refreshed Brand positioning clearly and consistently across all International touchpoints
  • Develop and facilitate a roadmap to support the brand team and wider business in uncovering insights, including inspiring strong brand messaging and creative ideas, qualifying brand comms and potential innovation expansion that increases our brand relevance among target consumers.
  • Support the upskill of the brand team as well as wider teams in the business towards easy access and understanding of insight requirements and reports.
  • Plan, execute and share UK Insights groups, Brand Health and NPS read-outs and perform UK customer segmentation analysis.
  • Scale up Pulsar social listening capability within the team
  • Support New Product Innovation consumer strategy and analysis for the UK.
  • Evolve our approach to omnichannel marketing investment for future Brand growth
  • Work with insights team members in other markets to share transferable learning likely to positively impact brand growth.
  • Support '24 ABP and 3yr Brand Plan with timely insights

This Should Describe You

  • Curious, nearly to a fault – your desire to get beyond surface level learning and uncover true insight is fueled by asking 2nd, 3rd and 4th order questions
  • Analytical and creative – you look for creative solutions and aren't afraid to get scrappy when appropriate. You are focused on delivering against learning objectives and timelines and build research approaches to suit. You are equally comfortable executing research projects on your own or working with external partners
  • Skilled data storyteller – You are comfortable weaving together disparate sources of information into a holistic story with strong recommendations based on market trends and consumer facts
  • Unwaveringly objective – You represent the voice of the consumer in all situations, especially when learning is counter to initial hypotheses or prior learning
  • You geek out on the idea of uncovering insights that unlock business growth and product offerings that appeal to an ever wider base of loyal customers
  • You are highly collaborative and able to quickly establish credibility within the team to impact decisions through both formal and informal influence
  • Comfortable using self-service quantitative and qualitative research tools with experience in innovation, claims, and brand insights
  • You are a learner - always seeking to improve yourself, your team, and the world around you. You flourish with direct, honest, and supportive communication.
  • You are always thinking about how to help the teammates around you excel
  • To you, there's nothing more exciting than a new challenge
  • Sense of humor - we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously

Here's Who You'll Work With:

  • Working in the UK-based International Brand Team, reporting to Audrey Iachella (Senior Brand Manager)
  • Work closely with: Brand, Innovation, Retail, DTC, US Insights
