Our team is responsible for planning and insight and evaluation, as well as looking after strategies for comms priorities and making sure we implement them with audiences and results in mind.
You will play a critical role in the Directorate; directing and commissioning research, and ensuring that resulting insight is applied to strategic direction, innovation and measuring our success.
Job description
Your responsibilities will include:

You will create and deliver regular reporting to track our performance against key objectives and KPIs. You will develop measures and KPIs for key priorities, and maintain reporting dashboards and a weekly highlights report. You will also support ad hoc evaluation of announcements and milestones working with input from the wider comms team.

You will work with colleagues to integrate data across all sources so we have a whole picture. You’ll advise colleagues on the performance of different communications channels for target audiences and keep on top of new channels emerging.
