Job description
The Insight Analyst will be responsible for analysing customer data captured through our loyalty scheme and delivering actionable insight with a focus on customer behaviour to help drive business decisions.
They’ll provide regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis in order to support tactical and strategic decision making across the business, with a particular focus on marketing and commercial departments.
This is a full time, permanent role. In house, this role is known as ‘Customer Specialist - Insight’
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Support the Customer Insight Manager in delivering compelling and clear customer insight to the wider business
Develop ad hoc analyses to answer key tactical and strategic business questions
Review the performance of major events and deals from a customer perspective
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within Marketing
Delivery of weekly customer reporting
Automation of processes to speed up the way in which we deliver insight
Understanding of all available data sources
Liaise with other data users to ensure we continually improve in line with the business
This is a hybrid role operating over a four day working week*. This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.
