This position supports the protection of critical assets of the Deloitte firm as part of the Global Insider Threat Program, designed to protect client and Deloitte data by monitoring suspicious behavior of the entire Deloitte population with an initial focus on data exfiltration. This position will perform daily analysis using our End User Behavioral Analytics tool to investigate potential insider threat risk indicators through information received from various data sources by assembling, correlating, evaluating and assessing information concerning potential insider threats.

  • Data analysis of correlated information to detect and prevent data loss
  • Support the EMEA regional lead in stakeholder management to aid engagement on key topics.
  • Participate in Global Insider Threat Program initiatives as needed and be tasked with sharing best practices with Analysts in various regions.
  • Support Insider Threat team in day to day responsibilities by conducting data analysis, and developing reporting and presentation content
  • Conduct in depth analysis of information received from various data sources; assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information concerning insider threats to personnel, confidential information and information systems
  • Leverage a user behavioral analytics tool to develop a holistic understanding of potential high-risk employee behavior
  • Support in the development of briefings for key stakeholders based on trend analysis and identify new opportunities for program maturation
  • Support EMEA Regional lead in stakeholder management and projects across the regions
  • Track and oversee key initiatives across the region
  • Participate in Global Insider Threat Program initiatives as needed, including participating in global team meetings and sharing best practices with Analysts in other regions
  • Contribute to other data security projects as needed

    • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience of working with SharePoint OneDrive and Tableau/Power BI a plus
    • Additional language skills a plus but not required
    • Bachelor's Degree or related equivalent
    • Understanding of insider threat principles, programs and analytical work
    • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
