Job Title: Business Inside Sales

Location: Devon - Head office is based is Liskeard, Cornwall - so occasional attendance will be required here for meetings.
Salary: £20,800 - £22,880 DOE per annum
Role Purpose: The primary purpose of the Business Inside Sales is to increase the customer base in line with Wildanet requirements, be that from direct contact with the customer or prospective customer or via the Business Sales Team whilst maintaining a high level of profitable revenue and an excellent level of service to all customers and colleagues
Main Responsibilities: The Business Inside Sales representative is responsible for, but not limited to:
Managing inbound enquiries – processing all business leads and where appropriate close those leads with a successful sale, whilst ensuring any residential or SME leads are passed to the appropriate Team
- Liaise closely with the Business Sales Managers
- Manage retention contacts and renewals of business customers
- Where required work with a Team to deliver a project or solution within Sales and virtual management across Wildanet
- Provide reporting and analysis as required to show activity or specific project activity and as directed by Line Manager
- Support the wider Business Team by attending external and internal meetings, Customer site visits, managing the start of a customer, and any activity that gains, grows and maintains profitable revenue
- Activity as requested by line manager
Key Activities:
Listening to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
- Cold calling and prospect to arrange meetings with potential & existing customers to prospect for new business, where appropriate close the sale and process
- Acting as a contact between Wildanet and its existing and potential markets, responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries, maintaining, and developing relationships with existing customers
- Working with Business Sales Managers to maximise their time in front of customers by managing all internal processes where requested
- Removing any barriers that may influence a customer’s appetite to buy
- Completing proposal documents: documentation, Dynamics uploads and work with all Teams to deliver in a timely manner
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with potential customers and interval service providers, and help customers to choose our service
- Recording sales and order information, accurately and in a timely manner on the CRM
- Representing the company where appropriate
- Gathering market and customer information and feed future buying trends back to the CMO
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Attending team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

Qualifications:
Good level of education, including literacy and numeracy skills. Driving License is essential.

An outstanding record of sales achievement that can illustrated to show ability to range sale

Circumstances:
- This role may involve travelling throughout Cornwall or Devon where required
- Working with others to achieve Team targets and goals
- Normal Office Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (hybrid working is available)
- Primarily office based
- Some evening and weekend work may be required and where applicable overnight stays
