Inside Sales Representative
Location: Fordingbridge, Hampshire
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum (profit share option)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Our client, a national distributor of Fire Alarm and Ancillary Equipment, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Fordingbridge. The role will support and contribute fully to the steady revenue growth the company is currently generating.
Main Responsibilities:
· Delivering sales value in line with company profit expectations
· Building strong relationships with all customers
· Contributing positively to the continued growth of the business in all areas
· Being fully committed to supporting colleagues across the business as required
· Dealing with a high volume of inbound calls, multi-tasking as necessary.
· Make outbound calls, particularly following up prospective business or existing customers.
· Use your questioning and listening skills to understand the needs of the customers and provide excellent ongoing customer experience.
· Be an excellent communicator, extremely comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with potential complaints and issues.
· Be able to provide an extremely high level of service both internally supporting colleagues and externally supporting customers.
In order to be successful as an Inside Sales Representative, you need to be:
· Quick learner with the ability to learn about new products and services and describe/explain them to customers. Full product and system training will be given.
· Committed and loyal
· Experience and qualifications are important but primarily you must be confident, enthusiastic, committed, quick thinking and able to operate in a busy team environment.
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
· Previous telesales experience or a comparable sales role is essential.
· Experience in the fire detection industry is preferred but not essential.
