Job description

We wish to recruit a Customer focused Internal Sales Representative based at our Walsall Branch. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional to utilise their industry knowledge and build their career within one of the UK’s leading independent Timber Importers.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Service customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
  • Accurate processing of sales orders
  • Pro-active management and ownership of Branch accounts
  • Supporting your external Sales team to increase conversion rates
  • Exceeding Customer expectations and building lasting partnerships
The successful internal sales representative will enjoy a challenging role within a fast paced and varied environment with excellent further career prospects. You will have a minimum of 1-year sales experience within the timber trade. Sound knowledge of timber products, their properties and uses is essential. You will be comfortable in dealing with people and have the ability to work in a busy customer facing role. Previous experience of providing good customer service and working in a sales environment is essential.
