Responsibilities:
Engage potential customers across a variety of channels including outbound calls, inbound calls, scheduled appointments, and warm lead transfers.
Quickly establish rapport and captivate customer's interest to present the best available coverage options for their vehicle.
Create an engaging presentation of product value, recommend a solution to fit the customer's need, negotiate appropriate price and term options, ask for the business, then close the sale by overcoming objections.
Provide world-class customer service in every interaction.
Use our proprietary software to actively manage your leads, appointments, and customer database.
Demonstrate attention to detail in the accurate processing of customer applications, appointment management, and quotes.
Achieve overall performance goals of the organization.
Follow established guidelines and procedures.
Meet production targets for closed deals, calls, lead development, and others as may be assigned.
Ability to multitask effectively including but not limited to entering notes, creating quotes, and discussing coverage options simultaneously.
This role is 100% remote and employees are required to be at their desk helping customers the entire shift. Our hours of operations are from 8am-8pm CST Monday-Friday split between two nine hour shifts and 9am-3pm on Saturdays. Your weekday schedule is set with each Warranty Specialist working 3 day shifts and two late shifts per week and one Saturday a month. You must have a flexible schedule and be available to work during the stated hours as needed. Schedules may be subject to change based on staffing or business needs.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in high volume, fast paced tele-sales environment.
Experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required.
Excellent communicator that can offer top notch customer service with a persistent sales pitch while handling objections
Team Player
Must be proficient with computers and typical office software
Quickly update customer file while simultaneously speaking with customer
Resilient and able to retain information
Highly money motivated, goal oriented, and persistent
Solid work ethic and professional

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type, wear a headset and required to look at a computer for long periods of the day. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of the day as well.
