The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the diversity of customer accounts for the region through frequent and meaningful customer interactions, and careful planning and forecasting to ensure the best return on investment. You’ll be responsible for coaching and developing a team of inside sales professionals.
- Responsible for sales activity and performance of the team that is critical to the delivery of the region’s sales strategy.
- Monitors the market and adapts and adjusts to maintain optimal team performance, taking into account changing market forces, competitor activity and internal volume targets.
- Responsible for creating a reputation that attracts the very best talent (internal and external) and an environment for the team to focus on customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Uses reward and recognition tools to motivate the team.
- Moves customers away from end-of-life technology to new technology whilst protecting customer experience and revenue.
- Uses sales reporting, analytics, and commercial insights to drive continual improvement for the best KPI outcomes.
- Responsible for timely and effective coaching and mentoring.

- Sales management experience including successful delivery of targets and team performance.
- Experience with motivating an inside sales team and coaching individuals in pursuit of sales excellence.
- Able to create a strong, inclusive culture/environment.
- Practiced in accurate forecasting and consistent delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills working with customers and wider internal teams.
