Job Description

  • Achievement of new student recruitment targets
  • Following and supporting the development, agreement and delivery of student recruitment activity plans including contact plans and consultations for prospective students
  • To give accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective students about courses and student life at Regent Learning, and to provide supporting documentation for courses and enrolment
  • Manage the entire recruitment journey from initial enquiry to enrolment and student support handover
  • Manage enquiries for courses at Regent Learning, ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered via consultative selling and that set protocol and processes are adhered to
  • To liaise with marketing and other key stakeholders regarding the delivery of student recruitment and conversion activities including set telephone, email, messenger and chat key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Contributing to planning and liaising with marketing for online activities such as webinars and social media activities to support student recruitment plans
  • Develop links and relationships with agreed B2B partners to support student recruitment activities
  • Undertake duties and operational tasks that need completing within the sales and recruitment department

The Successful Applicant

  • Successful track record in direct sales within a service industry
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and activity plans for achieving set targets in a service industry or sector
  • Understanding of the online education sector
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong CRM administration and time management
  • Salesforce experience preferred however not essential
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills for consultative selling
  • A positive and friendly approach to fit in with the wider team
  • Results oriented
  • Experience in the education sector is helpful however not essential

What's on Offer

Competitive basic salary (circa 35k, DOE), plus 25-30% uncapped commission

Hybrid working, mostly WFH
