Job description
For over 50 years, SIP Industrial Products Limited has been a flagship supplier of high-quality machinery and equipment to the ever-growing engineering, construction, automotive and agriculture marketplaces.
We currently have a full-time, permanent position available for an individual to join our small, office-based Internal Sales Team located in Shepshed, Loughborough.
As dictated by a weekly rota, duties will include:-
- Making outbound calls to our exisiting database of customers to develop relationships, and increase account spend through promotion of marketing campaigns and monthly offers
- Utilising the company CRM to maintain accurate records of calls made
- Efficiently responding to inbound enquiries relating to orders and products
- Accurate processing of orders received via email and telephone
- Following up sales opportunities and quotes
- Training internally to gain product knowledge
- Liasing with colleagues from all Departments to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Sales Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00 per year
