Job description
- Achieve/exceed sales budget and growth targets by volume and value through effective management of a customer portfolio
- Grow and develop business relationships, increasing sales by volume and value
- Sell the Value of company products and services
- Identify sales opportunities to grow business in a designated account base
- Efficient onboarding of customers
- Solve customer queries relating to pending orders.
- Deal with customer issues/queries/requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently, and courteously ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed when required
- Contribute to business sustainability through pipeline management, driving opportunities to a successful conclusion
- Develop and maintain relationships with a customer portfolio
- Weekly sales and customer portfolio report to Line Manager
