Delivery Solutions, a global leader in omnichannel experience management for enterprise retailers, is adding to its Sales team to accelerate our go to market efforts. In this particular role you will be responsible for the generation of quality pipeline, working the entire sales process and deal lifecycle, and be responsible for customer growth and retention beyond the initial sale. You will develop new relationships, leverage existing, and generally be responsible for achieving your targets for revenue growth through go to market execution. As a self-starter that can deliver results as an individual contributor, you also understand and value strong collaboration and working with a team. You are intrinsically motivated, have a strong grasp on the needs of our target market, and have the ability to influence an organization and clearly demonstrate quantifiable value propositions.
You can develop comprehensive account plans, work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to ensure consistent and effective messaging, shared value to the market, being both strategic and tactical as needed to to meet and ultimately exceed the defined targets. You have proven success as a subject matter expert and can simplify the complex with ease, are able to quickly build rapport, have a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process and know what it takes to win with Enterprise Retailers. You are strong operationally, can communicate effectively, and understand solution sales methodologies. You can navigate complex organizations, manage pipeline and forecast accurately, and are comfortable with 100% ownership of your plan and results.

Responsibilities:
- Support a portfolio of Enterprise customers with focus on expansion and renewals
- Enable customers to make informed decisions on current and future Omnichannel initiatives leveraging our software and services
- Manage multi-stakeholder, multi-stage pipeline with continuous follow-up and engagement
- Demonstrate the value of our products and services through effective communication and presentation skills (often with C-level executives)
- Lead ongoing strategic engagement as well as provide support for ongoing tactical efforts such as weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews
- Craft unique, value driven and ROI based, presentations outlining the quantifiable benefits of proposed solutions
- Identify at-risk customers, working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders and functional groups to prevent churn
- Build strong, influential customer success stories for collaborative marketing opportunities
- Track and report on key metrics, pipeline, performance to the plan and complete monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
- Develop and maintain a strong working proficiency of Delivery Solutions products and services
- Provide input to the business and product development plans to assist with the evolution of current products and the development of new ones
- Represent Delivery Solutions at trade shows and events
Qualifications:
- 5+ years software and solutions sales experience
- Proven track record of success in Account Management for Enterprise SaaS applications with large Retailers based in North America
- Ability to manage multiple, and often competing, priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication and strong negotiation skills
- Passionate about great products with the ability to evangelize and influence key decision makers
- Experience with tools in modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Yesware and others)
- Willing to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees a plus)
